Location: Odense, Denmark
Role: Lead Consultant and Digital Integration Specialist
Duration: 2019–2024
Brian Taammoli, the CEO of Neuroject, guided the digital strategy and integration approach for the Odense University Hospital construction as consultant. By introducing a fully digitalized workflow, the project achieved a significant reduction in paper-based processes, setting new environmental and operational standards in healthcare construction.
Brian implemented advanced digital solutions such as Building Information Modeling (BIM) and document management systems. Team members were educated to use mobile devices and cloud-based technologies, resulting in a responsive, real-time updating system that increased on-site productivity while reducing environmental impact.
The role of this digitization:
One of Brian’s top responsibilities was to maintain optimal environmental conditions during development. Using IoT technology, Neuroject spearheaded efforts to install sensors for real-time temperature and humidity monitoring. This novel strategy avoided climate-related difficulties, protected worker health, and lowered energy costs, indicating a dedication to environmentally friendly construction procedures.
Digitizing construction processes and incorporating green practices exemplify OHPT’s dedication to environmental responsibility.
Minimizing paper waste and optimizing resource use support the hospital’s broader goal of sustainability.
